SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your item will be cut and sewn as soon as we receive your order. We work with local seamstresses who will make your item, and every item is inspected by Farah to ensure quality.
We ship out usually within 4 business days with Canada Post. If on the rare occasion a shipment takes longer to ship out, you will be notified by email. We ship out from our boutique in Ottawa, Canada, and provide you with the tracking information. For any special requests regarding shipping, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Approximate shipping times once the order is dispatched:
Canada: Orders should arrive in 1-2 working days going to Ontario/Quebec, and within 1 week elsewhere in Canada.
USA: Orders should arrive in 1 week to the East Coast of the US, and 1-2 weeks for elsewhere in the US.
Rest of the World: 1-8 weeks depending on the destination country. Other than distance from Canada, the delivery time to many countries depends on the postal system of the receiving country.
All orders destined outside Canada may be subject to taxes and duties on arrival. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any amount paid here. Please note packages can be delayed by customs, this is not common but can happen and is out of our control.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Email us with any issue with your order. We're able to refund your order within 1 week of receiving the item. Please ship it back to us with tags attached, and once received we will issue a refund.
If shipping items back to us from the U.S., please use the U.S Postal Service.
If you happen to receive an item damaged on arrival, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
